A useful inspection
Condition affects value as much as the model.
Battery and hardware
For a laptop, review cycle count and reported battery health along with physical condition. Check display, ports, keyboard, trackpad, camera, audio and charging.
Your applications
Confirm Apple Silicon and macOS compatibility, plug-ins, licences and external display support. An Intel-only dependency may change the right purchase.
