The written order identifies the supplying business, exact computer, full price and agreed service scope before payment.
Sourced equipment
From request to accepted order.
Website configurations are sourcing requests. They do not reserve supplier inventory or place an order. Sourcing and preparation fees are C$249 for the 32 GB and 64 GB ranges, C$349 for the 128 GB range and C$499 for the 256 GB range, plus the approved computer, logistics and applicable taxes.
Review the actual unit’s specification, photographs, condition, battery information where applicable, accessories and written warranty and return terms. Upstream seller or US-only warranties are not automatically transferred to a Canadian customer. Customer warranty obligations must be stated by the supplying business.
The 7–10 business-day target begins after a source unit is confirmed and the order is accepted. Shipping, border clearance or a failed inspection can change timing. Any revised date, replacement or refund arrangement is agreed with the customer; substitutions are not made silently.
Payment, cancellation, returns, warranty and delivery terms are provided with the actual order before acceptance. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply. The configuration form does not charge a card or authorise a supplier purchase.
macOS preparation and agreed checks are included in the preparation scope. Third-party software licences, migrations, custom development and continuing support are separate unless itemised in the order.
