Source. Inspect. Prepare. Deliver.

A specific computer and an agreed total before payment. A documented check before handover.

The sourcing journey

Know what happens next.

1. Define the computer

Choose memory, storage and screen. We assess compatibility and compare suitable Canadian and US sources against your budget.

2. Approve the exact unit

Review actual photographs, specification, condition, complete price and written purchase terms. Availability is confirmed before an order is accepted.

3. Inspect and prepare

On receipt, check the specification, locks and management state, hardware, condition and battery information. Prepare a compatible operating system and the agreed software.

Timing and exceptions

Aim for 7–10 business days.

The delivery target starts after the actual source unit is confirmed and your order is accepted. It includes expected inbound transit and preparation, with the final handover method agreed in the quote.

If the unit fails inspection, we contact you with the findings and available choices. We do not pass along a materially different machine or an unagreed delay. Border or carrier delays are explained promptly, with revised arrangements agreed in writing.

Supplier return windows can begin before customer delivery. The supplying business must define and fund its own customer warranty and return obligations; a US marketplace badge is not a substitute.

What preparation covers

Useful checks before you start.

Identity and access

The exact chip, memory and storage are checked against the order. Activation Lock and remote organisational management must be resolved before acceptance.

Condition and function

Inspect the screen, keyboard, ports, trackpad, camera, audio and charging. For laptops, document reported battery health and cycles.

A clean handover

Prepare the compatible operating system and agreed applications. Provide the condition record and clear instructions for creating your own accounts.
