Make the Mac useful to you.

A compatible operating system and hardware checks come with preparation. Migration, specialist application setup and custom development are scoped around the work you need to do.

Choose the help you need

A useful handover, with a clear scope.

macOS preparation

Install a compatible macOS version, apply available updates and check the computer. You create or sign in to personal accounts without sending passwords through an enquiry form.

Apps and migration

Identify required applications, versions, licence ownership and the data to move. Agree an itemised quote before handling private files or buying licences.

Custom software

Describe one repeated task, its inputs and the result you need. Agree acceptance criteria, security needs, ownership, documentation and support before development.

Questions about custom software

Own a useful solution, not an open-ended promise.

We can assess a defined workflow and propose an appropriate build. Some needs are better met by existing software. Scope, cost and compatibility are confirmed before work starts.

No. Commercial software can require paid licences and subscriptions. Custom software also takes development, maintenance and support. Only agreed work is included in your quote.

Do not send credentials in the initial form. Account sign-in and any required access are handled through an agreed method, with the minimum access needed.

Security keys, NFC cards and readers

Make access easier. Plan recovery before you need it.

Secure sign-in is a complete setup: the right device, supported services, a tested backup and clear rules when someone joins or leaves. We can scope it alongside your Mac, Windows or custom software work in New Westminster.

Keep ownership of your accounts.

Register keys through each service itself. Keep PINs, recovery codes and private keys with their owner. Where supported, enrol a separate backup and test the recovery steps. Replacing a lost key should revoke its old access rather than silently sharing another person’s credential.

The named models are reference options for a setup discussion. Current supply, compatibility, configuration and the work included are confirmed before an order.
